The Menjangan

The Menjangan is spread over four locations within 382 hectares of Bali Barat and is ideal for those looking for luxury in an idyllic, natural setting. Each of the three accommodation options offer a different experience. The Monsoon Lodge, home to 12 Monsoon deluxe rooms and two Monsoon suites, is located in the heart of the forest and is an ideal base for trekking, horse riding, birdwatching or simply spotting the numerous deer or monkey that inhabit the national park. Both room types have the small pool on their doorsteps and are a comfortable base for your stay, the major difference is that deluxe are 50 sq m and suites are 100 sq m.

Alternatively, beach lovers may prefer the beach villas. All seven villas include open air bathrooms and direct access to the white, sandy beach, mangroves and coral reefs. The villas are some two kilometres from the main resort and you can walk through the forest or call for a buggy.

For larger parties of families or friends the exclusive self-contained three bedroom Menjangan Residence can comfortably fit six people, but has additional room for three extra beds. It comes complete with butler service, a private swimming pool and offers spectacular views over Menjangan Island and the coral reef below from its clifftop setting.

The resort also has one central area called the Bali Tower which is built in traditional style over four floors. The ground floor offers a dedicated check in and breakfast area while on the first floor is the resort's main restaurant offering Italian and Indonesian cuisine. The top floors have relaxing day beds and breathtaking views over the national park.
