Honduras is a country rich in lush forests and rolling hills with a striking Caribbean coastline. The Mayan ruins at Copán and the mountainous rainforest, waterfalls and beautiful rivers of the Pico Bonito National park are delightful surprises. However, the calm crystal clear waters and one of the finest coral reefs in the region make the Bay Islands Honduras’ main attraction. The diving and snorkelling here is simply superb.
