Fly to Recife on Brazil's northeast coast. Upon arrival you will be met by a private driver and guide and start making your way toward the colonial town of Olinda. In Olinda your guide will take you along cobblestone streets past pastel houses and baroque fountains, visiting some of the town's most beautiful churches.

This morning you will return to Recife for your flight to Fernando de Noronha. On arrival you'll fill in a small bit of paperwork and pay a visitor's fee before meeting your driver. After checking into your hotel take an introductory tour of this island paradise to acquaint yourself with the best beaches and highlights of the island to make independent exploration over the coming days easy.

Because of the unpredictable conditions in such a remote place we recommend working with your hotel concierge to make arrangements for further touring to take advantage of the day's conditions. This could include snorkelling, cruising, guided hikes, or simply hiring a taxi to get you to the beach.

Hire a buggy and cruise the island like a local in search of your version of island paradise.

Head to the northwest of the island and spend the day at Sancho Bay. You will need to descend a series of ladders to reach the beach but given that this is consistently ranked as one of the best beaches on earth, it's well worth it.

On your final morning get up early before your flight and visit Dolphin Bay to watch spinner dolphins perform their acrobatic feats. In the early afternoon you will be taken back to the airport via a private transfer to take your flight back to the mainland.
