The property has beautifully furnished rooms throughout, some overlooking the water and some overlooking the pretty French courtyard that’s lined with lavender. The staff and level of service will not disappoint in this delightful seaside town.

Rooms
Oscars Waterfront Boutique Hotel has six room options. There are riverfront rooms and courtyard rooms, both of which have air conditioning, en suite facilities and a minibar. There’s also a ground courtyard suite with a lounge room, and a courtyard spa room with an open gas fire and double shower en suite. Both are on the ground floor. All rooms are decorated beautifully throughout with a nautical feel.
Location
Oscars is located at the end of the Great Ocean Road. It sits on the waterfront of Port Fairy with some beautiful views out to sea from the riverfront rooms. The town itself was originally a fishing port and is now a popular venue for festivals and art shows. From here it is an easy drive to the Grampians within reach of plenty of the many attractions in the region.
Food and drink
In the morning, guests can expect a delicious breakfast cooked by Oscars' resident chef using fresh, seasonal produce. Options include caramelised banana hotcakes, tomato bruschetta with basil pesto and prosciutto, and “Oscars” bacon and eggs. Food is served in the light and airy dining room with views over the Moyne River.
Facilities and activities
Oscars is perfectly located for a walk around Griffiths Island. This is where you’ll find a colony of shearwater birds and a beautiful lighthouse to explore. The main centre of Port Fairy is a five-minute walk away where you’ll find plenty of little shops and restaurants to try.
