We're looking for a special holiday in February to celebrate my husband's 40th and also as a babymoon as I'll be 5 months pregnant. Any suggested destinations for combining the two?

Congratulations! What an excellent idea to combine both your husband’s 40th and your ‘babymoon’.
If you would like somewhere not too far away from home and with moderately warm temperatures then I would recommend Morocco as the perfect destination for you. It would allow you the ability to relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings whilst also enabling your husband the opportunity to perhaps go out and explore the high Atlas Mountains. You can experience the local culture by visiting the vibrant markets, indulge in a bit of retail therapy or learn how to cook Moroccan style.
Alternatively if you wanted somewhere a little further afield which was going to offer much warmer temperatures — 27-30 C (80-86 F) — and would truly allow you to rest, enjoy the stunning scenery and pamper yourselves with some spa treatments then I would recommend the Maldives. It is a very romantic destination with the main focus being on luxury, quality and tranquillity. If you did fancy the odd activity here and there then there is always the possibility of exploring the turquoise waters by snorkelling or diving and discovering all the beautiful marine life in this area.
