Jacana Camp
Jacana Camp, Jao Concession, Botswana
Jacana Camp is a true water camp and offers mokoro and boat safaris all year round.
As the flood levels recede, game driving and night drives in open 4WD's are possible. It is situated in one of the Delta's most densely populated areas for red lechwe, which you will often see splashing through the Delta waters, and also the rarer and rather shy sitatunga.
Jacana has five large tents set amongst the indigenous trees and accessed by sandy paths. Each tent is raised on a wooden deck overlooking the surrounding floodplains and has a small wooden veranda and a private open-air bathroom with flush toilet and shower.
The main dining area is on an elevated wooden deck between two sycamore figs, surrounded by dense wild date palms with wonderful views over the Okavango. Downstairs, there is a bar and lounge with open fire under the stars and to the right of the lounge is a small plunge pool which is perfect for cooling yourself down in the afternoons.
Jacana is a very friendly and relaxed camp. Its a perfect place to relax and a great base from which to explore the heart of the Okavango Delta waterways.

Kwetsani Camp
Built up in the treetops, Kwetsani is in a world of its own. Sitting on your deck you can hear the baboons chattering in the trees and dropping twigs and monkey oranges onto the pathways and sometimes your roof.

Tubu Tree Camp
Boasting beautiful views over open floodplain, this is an intimate, secluded and peaceful camp built in and around the trees of the Okavango Delta.
