This newly opened hotel is superbly placed in the lively Lastarria area of central Santiago. By Chilean standards the building housing the hotel is quite old and contains the oldest elevator in Santiago, something that has become somewhat of a centrepiece for the property.

Quirky boutique options can be somewhat hard to come by in Santiago and the Luciano K does quirky boutique very well. Rooms are well designed and furnished with all the mod cons you would expect of a hotel of this quality. They are perhaps a little on the small side due to the older nature of the building but are still perfectly comfortable. One thing to note is that the hand basin and mirror are outside of the bathroom area in most rooms.

The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar, which also has great views down Santiago’s central avenue, the Alameda.
