Although we can’t predict what will happen with the coronavirus outbreak, we’re well used to situations like these. Our flexibility promise
You can switch to another destination or move your travel dates up to 31 days before you’re due to depart, and we’ll provide you with a travel credit to the value of your original booking*.
When FCO advice changes
If the FCO updates its guidance to advise against all but essential travel to any destination you’re visiting, we’ll give you a full travel credit. You can put your credit toward another Audley trip for at least the same value.
Our cancellation terms* have always offered you flexibility, and continue to do so. Irrespective of FCO advice, we’ll give you a 70% refund up to 31 days before you’re due to travel, should you need to cancel your trip:
- Up to 91 days before you depart — 85% refund
- 31-90 days before you depart — 70% refund
- 22–30 days before you depart — 50% refund
- 15–21 days before you depart — 10% refund
*Valid for all bookings made from 13th March to 30th April, travel dates may be moved to departures up to 31st December 2021.
*Where suppliers (e.g. airlines) allow postponement but not a refund, we will allow deferral and only pass on airline and ground supplier charges where they are applied.
