Tucked away 20 minutes from Bayeux sits Château d’Audrieu, an 11th-century chateau that was converted in the 18th century into a much grander estate. Later commandeered by the Nazi SS as a headquarters during the Battle of Normandy, this now 5-star property is teeming with history.
