Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas

Crete, Greece

Nestled into the rocks overlooking its own private sandy cove at Daios Bay, the Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas boasts a quiet location that’s still convenient to central Agios Nikolaos. You’ll have your choice of 300 spacious rooms, including 38 villas cut directly into the rock face. All the rooms have a bright, clean decor, with warm sandy taupe backgrounds and splashes of Aegean blue, as well as generous floor-to-ceiling windows to let in ample light. Many rooms also have a private pool or sea view.

The abundance of amenities includes tennis courts, a large spa and equipment for a variety of water sports, as well as several family-friendly activities to keep children occupied during their stay. There are four restaurants and several bars that provide a wide range of options, from an indulgent buffet to a fine-dining menu crafted by a Michelin-starred chef.

OUR OPINION:

We find this hotel has an excellent combination of a great location, a private beach and ample facilities. It’s indulgent enough for honeymooners, with plentiful restaurants and bars, but also offers good options for families or large groups.
