Jeeva Klui

Jeeva Klui is certainly one of the best of Lombok's great range of boutique accommodation. The hotel can be found five minutes' drive north of Senggigi and is the only development in this beautiful bay (Klui Beach). The 180-metre beach is a mixture of soft sand and coral, with rocky outcrops at either end giving it a private feel. A generous infinity pool completes the scene and views across to the Gili Islands and Bali are spectacular as the sun sets.

The 35 suites and villas are a tasteful marriage of rustic design and modern luxury. Each 54 square metre suite features flat-screen television, secluded rain shower garden and floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto a breezy terrace. The Ananda Ocean View Suites are located in the tropical gardens and have partial sea views. Ananda Ocean Front Suites boast clearer views and immediate access to the beach. The Akasha Pool Villas boast plunge pools in a private compound and four-poster beds.

Jeevaniya Spa is located at the southern end of Klui Beach and has four open-air massage and treatment rooms with views along the beach and to the mountains of Bali. The spa menu includes healing massages, traditional therapies and a choice of body treatments. The Waroeng — a neighbourhood open air restaurant — is a feature of Indonesian daily life. Located on the oceanfront veranda and overlooking the swimming pool, the beach and the ocean beyond, there is a selection of Western and Asian dishes.
