Located on a small ridge on the outskirts of Rantepao, the Toraja Heritage Hotel offers a characterful option for guests wanting to enjoy the Toraja area away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The hotel's 134 rooms are divided between a three floor building, housing the large standard rooms and a series of traditional Torajan houses, Tongkonans, which are set among the gardens. The interior of the Tongkonans have been converted to provide superior rooms on the ground floor and deluxe rooms on the upper floors. The larger deluxe rooms have a private balcony and have the advantage of a stand-alone shower in addition to a small bath. Rooms do not have a safe deposit box or minibar, a safe box service is instead offered at Reception. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas.
Facilities include an outdoor pool, a simple spa and the Bamboo Bar. The hotel's restaurant serves international and local cuisine.
