The lakeside terrace to the front of the property is fringed with a well-attended garden and is a peaceful spot to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink. There’s also a wonderful spa area with panoramic sunroom and views over the lake as well as a sauna, steam room and a small fitness suite.

With beautiful views across Lake Como, Hotel Villa Flori is a smart and sophisticated option for a stay in the area. We particularly like the large balconies on offer in the majority of the rooms.

Rooms
All the rooms at Hotel Villa Flori are elegantly furnished in a classic but modern style. There are plenty of modern amenities including air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs, a safe, minibar and Wi-Fi. The well-equipped modern bathrooms are tastefully designed in marble with smart modern fittings. All the Classic rooms boast walk-in rain showers while the Deluxe options and above also offer the option of a bathtub. Rooms from the Deluxe category and above also feature a terrace or balcony as standard.
Location
Situated on the northern edge of Como on the western side of the lake, just south of Cernobbio, Hotel Villa Flori occupies a commanding position overlooking the water. While it’s possible to walk into Como in around 30 minutes around the edge of the lake, the hotel is conveniently located just a seven-minute walk from the Tavernola ferry dock.
Food and drink
Breakfast is a typical buffet style, offered in the smart, ground floor restaurant that opens out onto the lakefront terrace and gardens. During the day, a light lunch is offered in the lounge bar and, in the evenings, the elegant main restaurant offers a full menu of local dishes. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays when food is offered at the bar.
Facilities and activities
Aside from the lakeside terraces, the hotel has a charming attic spa and fitness room. The panoramic sunroom with views over the lake is a particular highlight and there is also a sauna and Turkish bath for guests to enjoy during their stay.
