This is by far the most opulent and delightful ryokan hotel in this region. The entire hotel is tastefully decorated with each floor representing a different season, and has delicate and elegant touches throughout.

Rooms are incredibly spacious for Japan, with the upgraded options each having their own private outdoor bath, as well as massage chairs and amazing views of Lake Akan. Meals can be taken either in your room or in the beautiful restaurant, and there is a beauty salon where you can treat yourself to a hot stone massage.
