The Peninsula Hotel

Located close to the Ginza/Marunouchi area of Tokyo, The Peninsula was recently voted Asia's number one and the world's seventh-best hotel by Condé Nast readers — it scored a perfect 100 for its rooms and very highly in the food and service categories too.

The much adored bedrooms are very generously apportioned with standard accommodation starting at 54 square metres, a rarity in such a crowded city. Deluxe rooms have separate bath and dressing areas, spa bathtubs, espresso machines and plenty of space to relax in.

The hotel enjoys views over the Hibiya gardens, and if you can be parted from your extremely comfortable room, you can see these from the 25 m swimming pool or bubbling Jacuzzi. The spa at the hotel is wonderful and often has very good offers on treatments or packages.

A stay at The Peninsula in Tokyo is always an enjoyable experience and the staff are welcoming and eager to help. From dinner in the acclaimed Peter restaurant on the top floor to the Michelin starred Hei Fung Chinese restaurant or afternoon tea in the Lobby, the dining options at the hotel are plentiful, reliable in quality and reasonably priced for such a luxurious hotel.
