Waterlovers Beach Resort

Waterlovers is a beautiful lodge located along the edge of Diani Beach. This stunning beach stretches for over 25 km and is framed by crystal waters and overhanging coconut palms. Offshore there are opportunities for some fabulous snorkelling among the colourful coral reefs whilst inland the beach is bordered by lush green rainforest full of colourful birds and a rare breed of Colobus, an almost extinct black and white monkey, unique to this area of East Africa.

Every cottage has a spacious private veranda overlooking the ocean and the interior design is a blend of Swahili culture and Mediterranean style. The cottages are very spacious and have both air conditioning and a fan. Each room also has a mosquito net, security box and tea/coffee making facilities.

For families or small groups travelling together, there is also a villa which is entirely self-contained and has four bedrooms — two double rooms downstairs, each with air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms, and upstairs there are two king-sized beds and a further bathroom. Guests staying at the villa have the option of a chef to cook their meals for them, or they can eat at the main restaurants (you would pay for these locally).

During your stay it is possible to relax around the pool or if you are feeling more energetic there are numerous recreational and sports activities on offer. These include windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, tennis or golf at the nearby course.
