Muang La Lodge

This beautiful lodge is situated alongside the Nam Pak River in the charming area of Muang La. The accommodation hosts a maximum of 18 guests in ten individually decorated bungalows, all dotted around a small garden area or overlooking the river. The majority of the staff are people from the local village and the resort has provided them with training, as many have never worked in the hospitality industry before. The Nam Pak River is a natural source of hot springs, and the hotel has taken advantage of this creating a small elevated hot tub which offers great views over the river and surrounding countryside.

On top of this, the hotel also provides a simple outdoor massage area and single sex saunas. Dinner is served at the stylish outdoor restaurant, where you will enjoy a delicious set menu of local Lao food, before settling down for the evening in one of the comfy day chairs overlooking the river. Alternatively enjoy a secluded romantic dinner at the hotel's sala, located on the small island on the other side of the river.
