The Plain of Jars

Spend around half a day visiting the main sites where the mysterious jars are located. You can discuss the various theories about their origin but you will have to make your own decision because nobody knows the reason for their existence for certain!

There are three sites that can be visited. We certainly suggest you visit site one, closest to town and the largest of the three. Site three is furthest away, the smallest and, arguably, the most scenic. You may not have time to visit site two, which is halfway between the two and perched on small hills either side of the road.
