Accommodation is split between Standard room, Junior Suite and Suite categories. All are tastefully decorated and modern in style, with the Suite offering a 1950s ambiance. A spacious en suite bathroom is included in each option, as well as a fireplace, flat screen TV, safe, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. The Junior Suites offer more space and have private terraces which boast fantastic views of the surrounding mountains, while the Suite is separate from the main building for additional privacy, featuring two private terraces, a lounge area with chimney and an extra bed to accommodate a third guest.

Please note that the layout of the rooms may not appeal to some as part of the bathroom is open to the bedroom in all rooms except the Suite. The toilet, however, is private in all rooms.

Domaine Malika is only an hour’s drive south of Marrakesh on the road that leads to the famous Tiz n Test Pass and Taroudant. Located on the edge of Toubkal National Park and the entrance of the N’fiss Valley, you can access an abundance of hiking trails and Berber villages from the property.

Food and drink

Domaine Malika prides itself on its gastronomic table d’hôte menu, which is changed every day and uses fruit and vegetables from the property's own allotment. Dishes are Moroccan with a modern, French twist. In the summer months, guests can dine by candle light in the open-air restaurant, while in the winter months the indoor restaurant offers a cosy ambiance. The property is licensed to sell alcohol. Evening meals must be booked in the morning, before midday.

The Domaine Malika doesn't allow children under the age of 12. However, the property is ideal for families with older children as there's lots of space to relax and a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained.

Facilities and activities

Domaine Malika has a spacious outdoor pool, as well as a wellness centre which offers a range of relaxing beauty treatments using essential Moroccan oils and natural products. The property can also assist guests in organising walks, treks, mountain biking, horse riding and cooking lessons in the local area.

There isn’t an elevator and the property isn't wheelchair friendly as most rooms have a small number of stairs at their entrance.

Our opinion

This charming hotel impressed us with its style and tranquil atmosphere. Staying at the Domaine Malika allows you to experience great food, great scenery and great hospitality - we love it!
