Rooms

Azur has nine identical one-bedroom villas, all strategically placed to ensure that they all are private and have uninterrupted views of the lakes and mountains. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to take in the views from all areas of the villa and the room is designed with simple elegance and includes a gas fireplace, a well-appointed en suite bathroom and a private outdoor patio.

Location

Queenstown is a very special area of New Zealand and Azur is located on a hillside just ten minutes from downtown. Azur Lodge has three private vehicles and includes return airport transfers and transfers to or from downtown during the daytime.

Food and drink

  • Breakfast is served daily either in the main lodge or the privacy of the villa.
  • Afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served in the main lodge or in the privacy of the villa.
  • Although there is not a dinner restaurant, we recommend guests to try the local dining scene with many choices of dining experiences, and having complimentary return transfers makes this easy. For those who wish to have a quiet night in, an in-villa dining experience can be arranged.

Families

Although Azur is more traditionally a property for adults, they do welcome children aged 14 years and older and ensure they are well cared for.

Facilities and activities

Although they do not have a gym on-site, you have complimentary access to one of the best gyms in Queenstown along with return transfers. In-villa massages and other spa treatments can be arranged either in-villa or at the local day spa. Access to activities such as hiking, cycling and kayaking are all easily accessible from the property.

Accessibility

Azur has one villa which is custom designed for wheelchair access. A golf cart is available for guests to be escorted to this villa.
