Mercer Hotel Sevilla

Housed in a 19th-century palace in the heart of Seville’s historic quarter, the Mercer Hotel Sevilla is an elegant boutique property offering premium comfort in an enviable location. The hotel sits on a quiet street within easy walking distance of several of the city’s major sights.

A palatial entrance and glass-roofed central atrium of marble open onto a winding marble staircase that leads up to the 12 rooms. Simple in design, the rooms offer the highest quality from the furnishings and linens to the bath products. A highlight of the hotel is the roof terrace with its minimal white lines, solarium and pool, and views over the surrounding rooftops of the city.

Downstairs, the intimate, low-lit FIZZ Bar serves cocktails in a subtly elegant setting and is popular with guests and locals alike. The hotel’s main restaurant, the Restaurante María Luisa, serves an à la carte breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner featuring traditional recipes and local ingredients.
