Full Day Lagoon Cruise

This is a full day's cruise around Aitutaki's stunning lagoon. You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the boat, where you will enjoy a selection of fresh tropical fruit whilst sailing out into the crystal clear lagoon. The first stop is a gently curving bay of pure white sand fringed by lush palm trees and calm lapping waters. A gentle stroll along this bay is a fantastic introduction to the sheer beauty of the lagoon.

After this you will be taken to a prime snorkelling site; the lack of other boats means the fish are abundant and the coral unspoilt, providing you with a myriad of colourful south sea marine life to watch. Lunch is a truly sumptuous affair consisting of fresh salads, fruits, and freshly barbecued fish, all set on tranquil One-Foot Island. Don't forget to bring your passport though, the post office will stamp it for you, a unique record of your visit.

After lunch you spend a relaxing few hours exploring the island. A sandbank named 'Heaven' just off the beach gives you the opportunity to enjoy a private island experience. The cruise back to shore is a gentle one, allowing you time to soak up this amazing place and perfectly reflecting the Cook's concept of 'island time.' Transfers from and back to your accommodation are included.
