It serves breakfast all day, with a unique mix of fresh squeezed juices and a full espresso bar, plus offers an extensive lunch menu. Café Champagne dishes up classic French fare such as cassoulet and steak frites and is open for lunch and dinner, while Chan Seattle offers a mix of modern and traditional Korean food and drink prepared with western cooking techniques.
