Location

Conveniently located in Marina Del Ray in the East of Los Angeles, the Jamaica Bay Inn provides easy access to everything the city has to offer for visitors. The hotel is convenient for the local bars, shops and restaurants of Marina Del Ray but the attractions of Venice Beach is just a five minute car or taxi ride away and Santa Monica  a further ten minutes away.

Food and Drink

The relaxed on-site restaurant, the Beachside restaurant and bar offers fresh, seasonal California cuisine in beachfront setting overlooking the marina. The menu offers gluten-free items and organic breakfast and lunch entrees, including sustainable wild fish, and environmentally conscious farm-raised fish.

Facilities and Activities

Facilities at the hotel include a small, year round heated pool with marina views, fitness centre, business centre, bicycle rentals and on–site parking.

Our opinion

Although the pool area is a little small and uninspiring, the location on Mothers Beach offers excellent access to the marina waters. Local amenities are limited within walking distance, however, the complimentary Venice Beach shuttle collects from the hotel and takes you to the bustling Venice Beach area within minutes.
