Rooms

A large variety of lodging options are offered here, including comfortable Standard and Classic rooms in the main building, spacious Junior Suites and a number of adjacent cottages located among the dogwood and pine trees. Every room has a king sized bed or two doubles and is decorated with warm woods and rich fabrics. Modern amenities in each room include air conditioning, TVs, hair dryers and fridges.

Location

The Ahwahnee is perfect for visiting landmarks in Yosemite National Park and sits close to Yosemite Falls and Half Dome, with many different walking trails nearby providing views of the stunning scenery.

Food and drink

The impressive dining room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and granite pillars, makes for a very grand dining experience. There is a dress code for dinner, but breakfast and lunch are more casual. There's also a bar serving cocktails and light dishes at lunch and dinner. It is strongly recommended to make advance dining reservations as soon as you check in as demand often exceeds capacity in the hotel's restaurants.

Facilities and activities

When you’ve spent the day hiking trails and exploring the park, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool at the hotel. A complimentary shuttle bus is provided for you to explore the surrounding area, and there's a business centre with computers, printers and internet access. 

Accessibility

A number of ADA-compliant accessible rooms and cottages are available, featuring wider doors, grab bars and raised toilet seats.
