Staying here is like being inside a plush art museum. The communal areas are decorated with heavy furnishings and an eclectic collection of exotic artwork. Positioned by Wellington's waterfront, the QT Wellington is just a few minutes’ walk from the diverse shopping, dining, entertainment and nightlife that New Zealand’s capital has to offer.
The property comprises two separate sections: the hotel wing and the residence wing. Almost every wall features individual artworks, many of which are for sale, and all of which have a story behind them. Other facilities include a restaurant and bar, which take advantage of the harbour views, as well as a gym, pool and sauna.
This stylish property has an unbeatable city location, and offers guests a more personal experience than many other Wellington hotels. We particularly like the one-off pieces of artwork displayed around the hotel, which really show off the character and creativity that Wellington is known for.

The stylish Superior King rooms have a gel bed, lounge chairs, a TV, an espresso machine and an en suite with shower (or a bath on request). Deluxe King rooms offer the same amenities but with slightly more space.
Those looking for further space and luxury can stay in the Junior Suite, which has a private patio with harbour views. Alternatively, the Executive King Suite comes with a private balcony with harbour views.

The hotel is ideally located just over the road from the Te Papa Museum and the waterfront, and guests can walk to Wellington's numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment within minutes.

If you wish to venture out, Wellington has a cosmopolitan café culture. Some of the best restaurants and bars in the city can be found on nearby Cuba Street.
