Day 1 International outbound flight

Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Lima.
Day 2 Arequipa
Arrive in Lima this morning and take a connecting flight to the pretty colonial city of Arequipa. You will be met by your guide and taken to your hotel in the historic centre. You have the afternoon to enjoy relaxed time in the central square.
Day 3 Arequipa
Private guided tour of Arequipa including a visit to the Santa Catalina Convent - a beautiful walled city within the city itself. In the afternoon if you want to explore further you could visit the remains of the Inca mummy, Juanita, at the Santuarios Andinos Museum.
Day 4 Colca Canyon
Private transfer through stunning scenery into the Colca Valley. You will pass herds of grazing llama and vicuna overlooked by towering volcanoes. You will reach your hotel in the afternoon, perfect timing for a dip in the hotel's private thermal springs.
Day 5 Colca Canyon
Morning excursion to Condors Cross to look for the famous Andean condor. After this your journey takes you back through the pretty countryside, and past picturesque Andean villages. Afternoon to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Colca Canyon. Walks locally can be arranged if you prefer to be a bit more active.
Day 6 Titilaka

Pick from a menu of small group excursions on Lake Titicaca today. These include trips onto the beautiful lake, walking and visiting local villages.
Day 8 Titilaka
Further excursions from your luxury hotel on the lake, or alternatively head inland to see some of the local communities - be as active or laid back as you like.
Day 9 Cuzco
Today take the iconic Andean Explorer train across the stunning altiplano to Cuzco. Enjoy a three course lunch and afternoon tea served on board. You will be met at the station and drive to your hotel.
Day 10 Cuzco
Private half day tour of the majestic city of Cuzco and a number of the nearby Incan ruins. You'll also visit the local market, which makes for a fascinating insight into local life. Your afternoon is yours to relax and explore the city further.
Day 11 Cuzco
Full day privately guided tour of the stunning Sacred Valley of the Incas. You will visit a colourful local market as well as the Inca ruins at Pisac and Ollantaytambo. There are options for visiting other sites and ruins instead, or even do some walking or cycling, just let us know what you prefer.
Day 12 Machu Picchu
Day 13 Cuzco
You will have the opportunity to explore the ruins again at your own leisure today - we recommend arriving early to explore in the mystical morning light. Take the Hiram Bingham train back to Cuzco this afternoon.
