Rarotonga Beach Bungalows, Rarotonga, Cook Islands
Rarotonga Beach Bungalows faces onto a wide, ocean washed, white sand beach located on the southern coast, which usually assures calm and fresh climatic conditions. The turquoise lagoon, which each of its bungalows looks onto, boasts one of the safest snorkelling areas on the island, and is privileged to be situated in front of a 'Raui' zone: a protected marine wildlife area, and as such tropical fish and coral abound here. Each one of the five elevated bungalows is surrounded by white sand and areca palms, and is built in an island style; decorated with coconut palms, island cloth and woven bamboo. The interior décor strives to capture the local native tropical charm. Although there is no restaurant on site, the excellent Paw Paw Patch restaurant is just a few minutes walk from the property and there is also a small guest lounge, morning coffee bar and library for guests to use at any time. This is true escapism and privacy in a tropical island setting.
