Day 1 Adelaide
Upon arrival in Adelaide you will be transferred by private vehicle to your downtown accommodation. The remaining of the day is at leisure to explore Adelaide. We recommend spending visiting the Migration Museum, a great place to gain insight into how Australia's population has formed over several generations of immigrants.
Day 2 Adelaide
Day 3 Flinders Ranges
In the morning collect your vehicle from the city car depot and make your way north through the wine region and into the Outback to the Flinders Ranges where you will stay for two nights.
Day 4 Flinders Ranges
Today you will join a full day 4WD tour of the Flinders Ranges to spot the rock wallabies and kangaroos of the region. You will also get to go see the massive rock formation of Wilpena Pound from the ground.
Day 5 Adelaide
This morning enjoy a spectacular scenic flight over Wilpena Pound and see the rock formation from the air. After your flight head back to Adelaide for an overnight stay in the city centre.
Day 6 Uluru/Ayers Rock
This morning make your way to the airport for your flight to Ayers Rock via Alice Springs. On arrival you will be transferred by courtesy coach to your accommodation. You will have the afternoon at leisure.
Day 7 Uluru/Ayers Rock
Early this morning you will be collected from your hotel for a sunrise tour of the nearby Kata Tjuta rock formation. Your guide will teach you of the areas geological composition and its significance to the indigenous peoples of the area, whose mark is left by the intricate rock art found here. You will return to your hotel for lunch. Head back out this afternoon for a sunset tour of the fascinating Uluru, where you'll see ancient Aboriginal artwork as your guide teaches you all about the geological history of Uluru, as well as its cultural significance to the area's indigenous peoples.
Day 8 Darwin
Today you will be transferred back to the airport to fly to Darwin via Alice Springs. On arrival make your own way to your accommodation and enjoy a final afternoon having a look around the city.
Day 9 Darwin
Day 10 Return home
Today you will be collected in time for your onward flight.
