What our specialists say...

Machu Picchu and the Galapagos are rightly two of South America's highlights and regularly exceed expectations. This itinerary is designed for those who wish to see both of these highlights but may be restricted to just two weeks travel time. It is also ideal for those wanting to travel to the two destinations but thought they were reserved for the wealthy. Beginning in Cuzco and visiting the number of museums and Inca sites around the city puts the scale of the Inca civilisation into perspective before heading in to the stunning Sacred Valley with larger Inca sites, colourful markets and friendly people before heading to the breathtaking Machu Picchu. The trip is complemented by a short yet comprehensive cruise to the Galapagos islands, exploring some of the best visitor sites.

We recommend this trip for:

  • Cuzco
  • Sacred Valley of Incas
