What our specialists say...
This trip is ideal for families with children of all ages. Although the tour takes in the main sights of Vietnam and the diverse range of cultures this incredible country boasts, we have also included some specific locations and activities designed especially with children in mind. Starting in the north explore the colonial capital of Hanoi by cyclo, before you head out to Halong Bay to experience two nights aboard a traditional Junk, where you get the chance to explore some of the hidden lagoons and secret beaches by kayak. Returning from the bay you continue to Ky Son, a beautiful spot to enjoy rural Vietnam. From here you will head on to central Vietnam, and explore the multi-cultural towns of Hue and Hoi An. Here you can attend a martial arts class, cycle through the countryside or simply spend some time relaxing on the beach. A short flight brings you to pulsating Saigon and finally some time to explore the backwaters of the Mekong Delta.
