During the week is the best time to call us if you have a destination in mind to ensure that a relevant country specialist is available to speak with you
At weekends we are open, but with a limited team who may not be able to discuss your specific destination in any detail. If they are not able to help, they will ask a relevant country specialist to call you back on Monday. Please note that our Ticketing Department is not open at weekends.
