Our offices are located to the north of Witney on Witney Road, heading towards Crawley. The entrance to New Mill Lane is immediately by the farm cottage but is easy to miss, so look out for the Audley sign at the entrance. Once you have turned in to New Mill Lane, follow the lane round for about 400yds to the very end. Please note the speed limit of 20 mph and be aware of the speed bumps! As you arrive at the parking area you will find visitor parking on your left. If there are no spaces, please use the gravel parking area to your right.
If you have an appointment with one of our specialists, please follow the signs towards The Cottage at the far end of the visitor's car park. All other visitors should make their way to the front door of the building.

Follow the A40 from Oxford. The A40 becomes dual carriageway as you approach Witney, take the first turning, signposted Witney and Cogges Museum. Follow the road into Witney (B4022) going straight on at the traffic lights until you reach a mini-double roundabout at which you take the left and then the right turning, signposted towards Charlbury B4022. At the next roundabout take the first exit. Approximately half a mile along this road, immediately after a farm, you will see the sign for Audley on your left. Turn left here and follow the single track lane to the New Mill, our offices. Visitor car parking is available on arrival.
Take the first exit off the A40 and turn left at the bottom of the slip road. Please note that it is only possible to exit from the A40 at this junction, the second one is for westbound traffic only. At the first set of traffic lights head straight on until you reach a roundabout where you should take the second exit signposted Bicester. At the next roundabout turn right. Continue along this road, going straight on at the traffic lights, until you reach a roundabout where you should turn left, signposted Bicester. At the next roundabout turn left, signposted Charlbury B4022. At the next roundabout take the first exit. Approximately half a mile along this road, immediately after a farm, you will see the sign for Audley on your left. Turn left here and follow the single track lane to the New Mill, our offices. Visitor car parking is available on arrival.
We would advise alighting at Oxford and completing the journey by taxi or bus. Our offices are located about 20-30 minutes' drive by taxi from Oxford (approximately £30). There is a regular bus service from Oxford to Witney taking about 40 minutes, but you will need to allow at least 20 minutes' of brisk walking from the nearest bus stop to our offices.
