Overlooking Great Oyster Bay from its discreet hillside location, Saffire is a wonderful retreat and coastal sanctuary to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.

Saffire has just 20 suites, each designed to give guests privacy whilst enjoying the beautiful views and natural light. All suites have spacious living and bedroom areas, furnished in contemporary styles and luxury king beds. Luxury suites have the added benefit of a private courtyard and outside lounge whilst the premium suites boast plunge pools and dining rooms where the house chef will be happy to serve delicious meals prepared to order.

The onsite restaurant, Palate, serves creative and tasty menus inspired by the wonderful local Tasmanian produce and is accompanied by local wines.

Guests at Saffire are invited to use the gym, lounge and spa — a treatment is included in your booking. A number of activities are included in your stay such as morning yoga and meditation, guided walking tours, mountain bike tours and 4x4 quad bike adventures. Or you may simply enjoy the views and a good book as you laze away an afternoon in the hammocks.
