Located in the heart of the Kamikochi mountain-hiking region, Hotel Shirakabaso is situated beside the Nakagawa river which is easily accessible via the Kappabashi bridge. The lodge offers good quality accommodation, in Japanese tatami-style rooms. It has a restaurant with panoramic views of the Hotaka Mountains, with a barbecue area, and serves meals made from seasonal ingredients specially selected from the Shinshu region.
