Confirm bookings with Audley in October, November, and December and be entered into a competition for the chance to win a £20,000 voucher toward an Audley tailor-made trip of your own creation. Whether you want to see the snow monkeys in the mountains of Japan, snorkel with turtles in the Maldives, take a luxury cruise in the Caribbean, or embark on a road trip along South Africa’s Garden Route, the winner can put the prize money toward creating their very own bespoke trip with help from our specialists. One lucky runner-up will also be given the chance to join Audley’s 2027 agent experience trip to Egypt.

How to enter

Every Audley booking you confirm between 1st October and 14th December 2026 will automatically be entered into the prize draw. With one entry for every £10,000 of value in the booking. You won’t need to register your bookings. These will be logged automatically and be entered into the draw at the end of the competition period.

Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to travel agents based in the UK, 18 years of age and older.

Contest period: The competition starts at 12:01am on 1st October and closes at 11:59pm on 14th December 2026 (the “Competition Period”). All times are GMT, and any bookings confirmed outside of the Competition Period won’t be eligible. The winner will be contacted by the 19th December and will have 14 days to accept the prize. If the winner doesn’t accept the prize within 14 days of contact or is unable to take up the prize, a new winner will be selected.

ENTRY TERMS:

Confirm a booking with Audley between 1st October and 14th December 2026. When you confirm your booking, you'll automatically be entered into the prize draw. If you don’t wish to be included in the prize draw, please notify us at [email protected].

THE MAIN PRIZE:

A £20,000 voucher toward a custom Audley trip to any of our open destinations. Should the winner choose to create a trip with a greater retail value than the voucher, the winner will be liable for the additional cost. The winner must travel by 20.12.2027. All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of Audley Travel Ltd. A copy of these can be obtained by emailing [email protected].

There are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part. The prize isn’t negotiable or transferable. Audley Travel doesn’t accept any responsibility if you aren’t able to use the prize voucher. Audley Travel reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify, or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, this competition isn’t capable (for whatever reason) of being conducted, as specified. Audley Travel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

Any costs incurred from changes post booking, such as a name change or other amends, are the winner’s responsibility to pay.

The winner is responsible for getting to any departure points (for flights, etc.), in time for security checks and the check-in procedures on the day of departure. Travel costs to airports are at the winner’s own expense.

The following exclusions apply: The prize doesn’t include travel insurance, passport or visa costs, meals/beverages (unless otherwise stated), any applicable taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation, excursions or transfers (unless otherwise stated), personal spending money or any other costs of a personal nature not stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize must be booked as a personal customer and not through your agency. The prize won’t be eligible for agency commission.

RUNNER’S UP PRIZE:

In addition to the above prize terms and conditions:

One entrant will be selected as runner’s up and will be offered a place on a forthcoming Audley Travel fam trip to Egypt in May/June 2027. If a runner’s up prize winner is unable to confirm their place on the offered experience fam trip, then Audley Travel are at no obligation to offer an alternative trip in the future.

WINNER SELECTION:

The winner will be selected at random and notified by email, using the details we have for you within the booking. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners, if a winner can’t be contacted or isn’t available (within 14 days of attempted contact) Audley Travel reserves the right to select another winner.

Audley Travel shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest. Audley Travel assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and Audley Travel reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. Audley Travel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
