Retail agencies*: Confirm over £80,000 in bookings between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025
Homeworkers*: Confirm over £60,000 in bookings between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025

Terms & conditions
- Applies to bookings confirmed with Audley between 1st April 2024 and 31st March 2025.
- “Retail agencies” is defined as an agency branch, shop of office with 2 or more employees.
- “Homeworkers” is defined as a sole trader or agent working independently for a homeworking organisation.
- Places within the scheme are awarded on an agency/branch basis with the exception of homeworkers. Multiple branches/homeworkers are not allowed to “pool” their bookings to qualify.
- Your loyalty scheme status and subsequent benefits will not come into effect until 1st April 2025 and will remain in place for the following 12 months.
- A-List status will be awarded upon achievement of the booking targets outlined above. VIP status will be awarded by invitation only.
- Marketing funds are only to be used on co-operative marketing activity between Audley and the travel agent/agency. The value of the fund that you/your agency is eligible for will be confirmed after 1st April 2025. The fund will only be paid upon a mutually agreed marketing proposal by the travel agent/agency to Audley.
- Competitions will be announced in the first month of each quarter. The terms of the individual competitions will be advised at the time.
- Your travel agency logo will be applied to the Audley quote documents/online quotes. This is dependent on the supply of a logo in the required format.
- A-List events to be confirmed in 2025. You will be notified by email with the dates of events that you are eligible to attend.
- VIP agents will be offered the opportunity to over brand carefully selected marketing materials. The details of these materials will be confirmed at an appropriate time by Audley.
- The details of Audley’s agent Experience/VIP trips will be communicated to eligible agents after 1st April 2025. Audley will run a minimum of one Experience trip and one VIP Reward trip in the period 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026. If you/your agency are unable to attend there is no guarantee of an offer to join a subsequent trip in that period. This trip will only be offered to owners/management/senior sales staff.
