Careers privacy policy

If you’re thinking about joining our team, we want you to be able to find the right opportunities for you quickly and easily. To help us in this, we’ll ask you for some information about yourself. But, we know how important it is to keep your personal information safe and we’ll always respect your privacy.

We’ll ask you for information such as your name and contact details, including your email address.

If you get in touch because you’re considering joining Audley, we’ll ask you about the roles you’re interested in, and if you’re seeking a full- or part-time, permanent or temporary position.

If you apply for a role with us, we’ll request your CV with a covering letter and any other relevant details. We’ll also ask you to tell us why you’d like to join Audley, and about your current salary.

Some information we request as part of completing your application. This might include details of schools or universities you attended, your qualifications, or references from previous employers.

And, there’s some personal information we ask for once you’ve decided to join our team. This includes your date of birth, marital and family status, and emergency contact details.

There are a few reasons why we ask you for your personal information:

  • To help you find the roles that best suit what you’re looking for and to give you the best possible experience based on the device you’re using, when you visit our careers website.
  • So we can contact you successfully, if you get in touch or ask us for information.
  • So we can consider any job application you make and, if you’re successful, take you through our interview and recruitment process.
  • If you refer a friend for a role, to gather your details and those of the person you’re nominating.
  • To keep your name on file, if we haven’t any relevant roles currently, so we can contact you directly if any positions arise that we think might be of interest.
  • So we can offer you a role and then support you and keep progress of your career, if you start working at Audley.

How we look after your personal information?

We’ll only either request your personal information directly from you or from third parties you’ve listed, such as educational establishments, former employers and referees, or emergency contact information. Where you nominate a third party, we’ll make sure you have their consent for us to get in touch.

We keep your personal information securely, and we only keep it for limited and appropriate amounts of time.
