Perched on the northwestern corner of Antigua, this family-run resort boasts freshwater pools, secluded beach coves and a sprawling estate. You’ll also find a wealth of amenities, including golf, tennis, spas and sunset cruises.

The 116 rooms and suites are complemented with four private villas for larger groups and families, all of which include air conditioning, guest robes and slippers, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee facilities.

As an all-inclusive resort, Blue Waters offers three different dining options that range from a fine, French-inspired restaurant with an ocean view to a casual Caribbean café, with an alfresco feel.

All the rooms here feature a breezy, tropical palette of bright white and soft Caribbean blue, and a clean, modern design with generous windows for admiring the view. You’ll find air conditioning, en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, tea and coffee facilities and robes and slippers.

Well-suited for families and larger groups, the Deluxe Beachfront and Luxury Villas include four to six beds, lots of open space and private pools overlooking the gardens. Beaches are just a gentle stroll away. Honeymooners or anyone looking for an extra touch of indulgence may want to consider the spacious Cove Suites, which also have a private pool and ocean views.


Blue Waters is located at Soldier's Bay on the northwest tip of Antigua, nestled amid sprawling tropical gardens and boasting two beaches. It’s just a 15-minute drive to Saint John's and you can readily explore the capital’s lively selection of boutiques, restaurants and bars. The resort is 6.5 km (4 miles) from Antigua airport.

Food and drink

Blue Waters features three bars offering cocktails, mocktails and light bites. By night, you can enjoy a carefree atmosphere and a live steel band at Veronica’s.

The Cove Restaurant sits atop a cliff and combines Caribbean and French cuisine. The Palm Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers a wide range of cuisines through both an à la carte menu and live cooking stations.


As a family-run resort, Blue Waters prides itself on understanding the needs of families and you’ll find facilities for children of all ages, including a kids' club and a creche. Even the spa caters to the little ones. All restaurants offer children’s menus and it’s easy to get interconnecting rooms and babysitting services.

Blue Waters offers a wide selection of facilities and activities, including freshwater pools, tennis courts, sailing, fishing, water sports, guided walks and an on-site gym. You’ll also find yoga classes three times a week, a full menu of spa treatments and Caribbean cooking classes.
