Itinerary idea in detail

Ask us if you would also like us to arrange your international flights at our preferred rates.

  • Take a morning arrival transfer to your hotel. The afternoon is free to relax.

  • Enjoy a tour of Buenos Aires with your guide.

  • Transfer to the airport in time for your flight to Ushuaia. Here, you'll be met and taken to your hotel.

  • Transfer to the pier to board your vessel. Set sail in the afternoon toward Cape Horn.

  • Explore Cape Horn and Wulaia Bay.

  • Visit the Pia and Garibaldi fjords.

  • Today, you'll see fjords, waterfalls, glaciers, and mountains while sailing through the Cockburn Channel and Agostini Sound.

  • Go ashore on Magdalena Island (weather permitting) to see the Magellanic penguins before finishing the cruise and disembarking in Punta Arenas. Upon disembarkation, you'll be met by a representative from your lodge and transferred to Torres del Paine National Park, approximately a four-hour drive away. On arrival at the lodge, you'll receive a briefing on the activities available over the coming days before settling in and enjoying some time to relax after your journey.

  • Head out into Torres del Paine National Park to take part in a number of trips or activities booked in advance with your lodge guide. You could go horse riding, fishing, or explore the area by 4x4. If you like hiking, we suggest hiking to the mirador (viewpoint) overlooking the towers, a demanding but exciting uphill walk that ends with you looking out over the cyan lagoon at the towers' base.

  • Another day taking part in trips and activities from your lodge. Today, you might want to visit Sarmiento Lake, the largest lake in this nature reserve, bordered to the east by Estancia Cerro Guido. This hike takes place near the base of Sierra del Toro, from where you'll descend slowly through the steppe, and from where you'll have a great panoramic view of the Paine Massif. All meals are included during your stay.

  • Today, you'll travel by shared minivan across the border into Argentina, changing vehicles at the border crossing. On arrival, you'll be taken to your hotel, where the rest of the day and evening is at leisure to relax and settle in.

  • Enjoy a guided tour to the mighty Perito Moreno Glacier.

  • Fly back to Buenos Aires for one night.

  • Travel back to the airport in time for your flight home.
