Nestled at the foothills of Mount Shadforth and overlooking the tranquil Denmark River and Wilson Inlet, Denmark is a beautiful township that quite literally epitomizes the south west label, 'the back garden of Perth'.
Take a drive up to Karri Mia and you will see rolling hills and lush green valleys stretching to the coast of the Southern Ocean. Originally a timber town, Denmark's economy is now sustained by a combination of dairying, beef cattle, fishing, timber and tourism.
As well as a generally friendly 'feel' the town's appeal lies in its proximity to some of the most beautiful coastline in the state.
