Global Travel Team

With a background in design and renewables and a long‑standing passion for travel, moving into the role of Global Travel Advisor felt like a natural next step — especially with a company that champions sustainable and responsible travel.

My first taste of global adventure came during a ski season in Vancouver, Canada, where working in the rentals department gave me valuable insight into mountain operations and the world of snow sports. I traveled on to Whistler, Mount Baker in the USA, and Vancouver Island before returning home briefly. Soon after, the travel bug struck again, and I set off on a solo backpacking trip across Bali, Australia, and New Zealand, with a touch of luxury in Singapore on the way back. These experiences, particularly traveling solo, taught me a great deal about myself and introduced me to people from all walks of life.

I’m excited to bring that passion and perspective into crafting unforgettable journeys for Audley clients.

Q&A with Jessica

Poutine on the Walking Food Tour of Québec City

What's the best local dish you've tasted?

The best local dish I’ve had has to be poutine from my time living in Vancouver, Canada. I became completely hooked on versions from La Belle Patate on Davie Street, a spot famous for serving some of the most authentic Québécois poutine outside Québec. Their fresh cut fries, squeaky cheese curds, and rich gravy were unbeatable, and the menu offered more than 30 variations to try. It was comfort food at its finest, and I still think about it years later.

Hot Springs Iceland

Where would you love to travel next?

I’m itching to get to Iceland next. I want to road‑trip the full ‘Ring Road’, chasing wild coastlines, volcanic scenery, erupting geysers and insane frozen landscapes you see in photos. I’d jump into every adventure I could — ice climbing, kayaking, hiking and whale watching — whatever the weather throws my way. Between the geothermal lagoons, the wildlife and the raw, untouched scenery, it feels like the perfect place to properly disconnect and soak up both nature and Icelandic culture.

What's your most vivid travel moment?

My most vivid travel moment is a blend of three unforgettable experiences. Hiking Mount Batur in Bali at 2am, I found unexpected friends on the climb and shared sandwiches as the sun rose. In Gili Trawangan, after swimming alongside sea turtles, our boat drifted silently beneath a sunset painted in orange, yellow, purple, and blue. And on my final PADI Open Water training dive on the Great Barrier Reef, I looked up at soaring coral and a graceful turtle above me, overwhelmed by the beauty and quiet joy at learning something new.
