Ahus Vaihu & Akahanga, Chile

Visit Ahus Vaihu and the unrestored Akahanga on the south coast of the island. Continue on towards Rano Raraku, a quarry where almost all 900 existing statues were carved, 397 still standing or lying on the slopes of the extinct volcano with a crater lake.

Afterwards you visit Ahu Tongariki which is home to 15 restored moai's, the largest restoration on Easter Island.

You then drive to Ahu Te Pito Kura and the "Navel of the World" and finally come to the last stop, the beach of Anakena with its restored Ahu Nau Nau and Ahu Ature Huke.

You have the opportunity to enjoy the warm Pacific Ocean before returning back to the hotel.
