Originally built as an 18th-century stud farm, today Hôtel les Haras is a chic boutique hotel. The original buildings have been updated to thoughtfully balance contemporary style and comfort with the hotel’s history and heritage. Throughout the 115 rooms and suites, you’ll find sleek, modernist lines with small touches that pay homage to the hotel’s equestrian roots, including original beams and leather accents. Haras is located in Strasbourg’s Petite France area, making it a great base if you want to explore the city.

The hotel’s restaurant, Brasserie Haras, features lighter, modern updates on traditional French dishes. The bar offers a menu of wine and creative cocktails, which you can enjoy in its manicured courtyard.
