Today you embark on a tour of some of the main highlights of Istanbul with your private guide, including Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Spice Market.

This is your final day in Istanbul. Today you'll visit the Dolmabahce Palace, Suleymaniye Mosque, the Chora Museum, and embark on a cruise along the Bosphorus.

You leave Istanbul today and head towards the Gallipoli Peninsula. Here, you'll explore some of the many battlefields and memorials, before continuing across the Dardanelles to Canakkale, where you spend the night.

At leisure to enjoy Alacati and its surroundings by yourself. We suggest exploring the pretty streets which are filled with boutique shops, characterful cafes and interesting antique stores. Alternatively, the beaches of the Cesme Peninsula have some lovely views out across the water, and are easy to get to via local public bus.

At leisure to explore Sirince and its surroundings. The mountainside village is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and there are a few walking trails which lead through these.

This morning, explore the ruins of Hierapolis atop the Pamukkale terraces. Later, you drive to Antalya via the beautiful ruined city Aphrodisias.

Visit the excellent Antalya Museum with your private guide this morning, then head out to the ruined city of Perge, and nearby Aspendos.

Drive through the mountains to Konya today. Here, visit the Mevlana Museum, home of the first whirling dervishes, and the Karatay Madressah.

Continue on to Cappadocia, visiting Sultanhan Caravanserai and Kaymakli underground city on the way.

Today, explore the cave churches of Goreme Open Air Museum with your guide, then embark on a jeep safari to some of the area's best panoramic viewpoints.

Today you'll take part in a traditional cookery course in a local family home. In the evening you'll be taken to an ancient caravanserai to watch the mesmerising whirling dervish ceremony.
