Across the resort, fragrant planting surrounds each of the buildings, which are linked by winding stone pathways. Inside, the decor reflects the coastal tones of the setting — bamboo ceilings and cool stone floors blend with billowing white linen drapes and pops of Gulf blues.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa has a marine-inspired menu, delivering treatments in individual pavilions scattered along the beach and using therapy oils blended with native flowers and spices. The hotel’s main infinity pool boasts magnetic sea views and a sundowner cocktail bar. When it comes to dining, the Shore House restaurant has a focus on freshly caught, local seafood within its international menu, while the Beach Deck has tables that offer extended views across the Gulf and elevated, line-caught seafood cuisine.

Ensuring utmost privacy, each of the hotel’s guest suites are housed in individual beach villas complete with en suite bathrooms, indoor lounge areas, private pools, decked sun terraces, and beach cabanas. You have the choice of three villa types: Al Bahar villas have direct beach access, Al Shamal villas have sea views, and Al Naseem villas offer greater seclusion with a private garden.
Light-filled and cool, the villas are all neutrally decorated with materials and hues that reflect the beach setting. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are hung with flowing linen curtains, and the beds are encircled with white drapes and accented with coral-patterned fabric.

Approximately one hour’s drive from Dubai International Airport, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Beach sits directly on the sands of this secluded stretch of coast. The mountain attractions of Jebel Jais are a 90-minute drive away, winding through the Hajar Mountains, while the hotel’s sister camp in the Al Wadi Desert is only 30 minutes away.
