MV Stella Australis

Slightly larger than its sister ship the Via Australis, the Stella Australis, new to 2010, has 100 cabins and a capacity for 210 guests. All the vessels have been built specifically for cruising the waters at the very bottom of the South American continent.

Guests are joined by expert local guides on board who lead excursions to the shore. These excursions will involve visiting virtually untouched areas of Tierra del Fuego, including glaciers and animal colonies. Your excursions see you disembark the boat onto small Zodiacs. In the evenings there are entertainments and lectures on the flora and fauna of the area.
