Classic Philippines tour

This morning, you'll be collected from your hotel for a full-day tour of Manila, including Intramuros and San Agustin Church. You'll make a stop for lunch at a typical Filipino restaurant.

This morning you'll be collected from your hotel and taken to the airport for your flight to Cauayan in the eastern province of Isabella. Upon arrival in Cauayan, you'll be met by your guide and transferred north to the Ifugao town of Banaue. The area is home to five World Heritage Sites, all spectacular rice terraces dating back over 2,000 years. This evening is free to relax or explore at your leisure.

You'll spend the day around the Banaue area marvelling at the rice pyramids that the town is famous for and heading further afield to a local village to wander among a valley of rice terraces.

Today, you'll leave the Banaue area and head to the relaxed, hillside town of Sagada, where you will break for lunch. This journey has many good photo stops, and you'll see rice terraces and vegetable terraces planted in aesthetic geometric patterns. In Sagada, there is the opportunity to see tribal coffins stacked in their hundreds in a local cave and various coffins hanging on limestone rock faces. En route to Sagada, you will stop in Bontoc and head to a small museum with an interesting collection of tribal artifacts and historical information. In the afternoon, you'll drive from Sagada to Mount Data, where you'll overnight. The scenery on this drive is stunning.

In the morning you'll be driven back toward Baguio City. This drive gradually takes you from the rice and vegetable terraces in the mountains and back toward the plains.

Your journey today will take you back to Manila along a slightly different route than the one on your way north. This journey will take roughly six hours. Upon arrival in Manila, you'll be taken to the airport for your flight to Cebu. You'll be met at the airport and transferred to the hotel upon arrival.

A further day at leisure to enjoy the hotel, relax on the beach or maybe head out to explore Cebu City and the surrounding area.

This morning you will be taken from your hotel to the ferry port for your 1.5 - 2.5 hour ferry journey to Bohol. This ferry is heavily air-conditioned, so please pack a jumper or fleece. Upon arrival in Bohol, you'll be collected and taken to the peaceful surroundings of the Amorita Resort. This boutique property boasts an excellent spa and a great restaurant with direct access to a small beach.

Today, you have a private tour of Bohol's main sights and attractions, including the spectacular Chocolate Hills and Tarsier Monkey Sanctuary.

Today you'll be taken to the airport for your flight back to Manila. You'll arrive with enough time to be collected and taken across town to the international airport terminal for your onward flight home.
