Overlooking Lake Wakatipu, this luxury lodge offers fine dining, superb service and beautiful accommodation in a wonderful setting. Rosewood Matakauri provides accommodation in 11 luxurious guest suites, with eight outlying cottages and three suites located in the main lodge. Every suite has its own private porch, bedroom with seating area and open fireplaces, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, as well as modern features such as high speed wireless internet and flat screen LCD TVs. The Deluxe Suites are the largest rooms and have commanding views of Lake Wakatipu and the glorious snow-capped mountains.

Dining is a feature at Rosewood Matakauri and there are a number of superb, private dining options, while further facilities include a full service luxury spa, outdoor swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness center.
