Itinerary idea in detail

Private customized tour. Ask us about booking your international flights at our preferred rates.

  • On arrival, your private driver will meet you and transport you to your centrally located hotel in London. You'll be accompanied by a representative who can answer questions about your itinerary. You'll start the journey in style with a black cab tour of London, seeing the highlights with your driver-guide from the comfort of a traditional cab.

  • Today, you'll head into the quaint English countryside. Meet your small group and head to Oxford, the prestigious university city. You'll have time to explore the grounds here, following in the footsteps of writers such as Tolkien, Wilde, and Lewis. Visit the university's oldest classroom in the medieval Divinity School. Then, leave Oxford behind for an escape to the country. While driving amongst gentle rolling limestone hills, you'll stop in a few villages to experience the relaxing lifestyle, local lore, and natural beauty of the Cotswolds. This evening, you'll be returned to London to continue your adventure.

  • Back in London, your guide will meet you early at your hotel to set out on a walking tour of some of the city's essential highlights. You'll first witness the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, a 45-minute procession in the palace forecourt. Then, you'll move to stunning Westminster Abbey. This 12th-century Anglican church has hosted royal weddings, laid to rest prominent British citizens, and welcomed millions of pilgrims, worshippers, and admirers in the centuries since its consecration.

  • Make your own way to the train station for your train to Edinburgh. After dropping your bags at your hotel, you'll be met by your guide for a whimsical tour of the city. Learn local folklore from your guide and taste drams of whisky as you become acquainted with this marvellous place.

  • Spend the morning discovering the medieval Old Town and Edinburgh Castle with your guide. This will include highlights and history, and your guide can answer your questions as you stroll the cobbled streets. Take the afternoon at leisure to explore on your own.

  • Today will be a full day of exploring rural Scotland. Join your small group tour and head into the Highlands for a full-day adventure. You'll see the dramatic landscapes of Glencoe, with rugged mountains surrounding the tranquil valley. Pass impressive statues of dangerous kelpies, the horse-like water spirits of Scottish folklore. As you pass through the shadow of Ben Nevis, you'll continue to the legendary Loch Ness. Take a cruise along the Loch and keep an eye out for the elusive inhabitant, Nessie.

  • It's time to bid farewell to Edinburgh. A driver will meet you at your hotel and take you to the airport for departure.
